Hey Guys!

I am writing this post so late considering that festival season is pretty much over now but I have just got back from Leeds Festival at the weekend which got me hella inspired to play with some glitter and experiment with some make up looks. So I thought I would share this little festival inspired look I put together. Of course this could be used for whatever you like not just festivals. I am also pretty terrible at makeup but am working on getting better as I love playing around with makeup so much. Here's a few snaps of my face.

Leeds Festival 2018 πŸŽͺπŸ–€πŸŽΈπŸ’›

Hey Guys!

So me and a few friends headed Leeds Festival this year again and we had such an amazing time. We just did one day this year so we chose to go on the Saturday. As we only did one day I had to choose between Panic! at the Disco and Fall Out Boy and let me just tell you this broke my heart as I love them both soooo much. However because we had seen Panic! before we made the decision to go on the Saturday when Fall Out Boy were headlining.

We all got glittered up and slipped in to our wellies for a day full of fun, food, music and some heavy rain showers. We went on the waltsers which was hilarious and I love that there is rides at Leeds Fest as it’s something fun to do during your time there. The food wasn't actually the best and is hella expensive but I ended up getting chicken noodles which were ok they just cost £9 which for noodles is crazy. There is always such a great atmosphere at Leeds, with everyone in high spirits and just general good vibes even in the torrential downpour. You can also get my favourite cider here which is somersby cider.  The festival fashion was crazy this year from bucket hats to bum bags everyone looked great.

As for the music, of course we saw loads of amazing acts throughout the day. The highlight for me was definitely Fall Out Boy I have been a massive fan of their music forever and have been dying to see them live. They were awesome playing songs from a variety of their albums both new and old. Pete also had a flame thrower attached to his guitar so that was very cool. I also really enjoyed seeing both The Wombats and The Kooks as these are also bands I love and also killed it with their sets. We also saw Post Malone who was also really good and we caught some of Waterparks set who I hadn't heard of before but I really liked them so will deffo be listening to some more of their stuff. I love that festivals give you the opportunity to discover new music.

Overall I had loads of fun at Leeds Festival and would really recommend heading over to Reading or Leeds if you have the opportunity. I love that the line ups always have a really large variety of artists from all genres of music and they even have comedy acts on as well. To end this post here's some photos from our day at Leeds Festival 2018.

Freshly Baked London Tan Review πŸ‹πŸ‰πŸ§‘

Hey Guys!

As some of you may know I am no stranger to using self tanning products. Ya girl is hella pale I am always trying out new products and looking for the perfect self tanner. So today I thought I would do a little review on my favourite tanning product of ALL TIME.

I have tried sooo many tanning products from St Moriz to Bondi Sands and a whole lot of others in between. I have loved many of these tans but this product has my heart when it comes to fake tan. I have been buying this brand forever it is the only tan I have been repurchasing since I first started tanning. They have been my tanning go to for such a long time now to the point where I have had the pleasure of seeing the brand grow, develop and even have a little re-brand and change their packaging. I used to really love the Vanilla scent in the old bottles but I think this may have been discontinued now as I can’t seem too find it anywhere.

However, I have currently been using the mango scented one which brings me to one of the main reasons I adore this tan so much. IT IS SCENTED. What a god send! I know there’s a bit of a love hate situation going on when it comes that good old fake tan smell and I am personally not a fan  I can't tell you how good these tans smell I have had a few different scents now and I have loved them all so much. My boyfriend also asks me to buy this tan as he also hates that typical fake tan smell and these ones just smell amazing. The mango scent is stunning and is the perfect tropical scent for the summer.

As for the colour of this tan I personally use it in the original shade however I do think they have made a darker version as well but this one works perfectly for me. I leave this on overnight and it develops to a gorgeous natural looking shade. I will put before and after photos later on in this post so you can see how this tan develops.

The tan lasts really well I can usually get about a week of amazing tan from this product but my absolute favourite thing about this is how it fades on the skin. I have tried so may tans and found that they just fade really patchy and wear off in certain areas leaving me with pale patches all over my body. I haven't had this issue with the freshly baked tanning mousse it fades really nicely and just sort of gradually disappears rather than becoming patchy.

The formula is also great is it deffo one of the best I have tried. It is a mousse formula; it blends seamlessly in to my skin and NEVER goes streaky. This is the only tan I have never had a horrific failed patchy glow with and I honestly believe it’s down to how easy this product sits and blends on my skin. The product also dries down pretty quickly but still gives you the time to work it in to the skin making application a dream. It also means you don't have to stand there for too long freezing your butt off before you can get dressed.

Finally the brand, Freshly Baked London is a relatively new brand and their products are honestly complete game changers. I genuinely can't understand why this brand is not talked about a hell of a lot more than it currently is because it is honestly amazing. They are cruelty free and all their products are also vegan. The tans are also infused with vitamins and a whole lot of amazing organic ingredients which makes them bring your skin a whole lot of goodness as well as a golden glow. The packaging and the brands image is just cute af and Omg their insta is also to die for.

Overall I just love this tan and would really recommend you give it a try if you’re looking for a new fake tan this would also be perfect if you are just starting out in tanning due to the easy application. Here's the before and after photos of my skin when using this product after leaving it on overnight. The result is quite subtle but I like this as it builds really well. I like to wear two layers if I have an event.

July Faves ⭐

Hey Guys!

So I honestly am struggling to understand how we are already in August, Like seriously where is 2018 going and what’s the rush? Anyhow A new month calls for a new faves post and a little catch up on all the things I have been loving in the past couple of weeks. As you may know from my last post I have been gone for a while so it's been quite a bit since I have shared my faves with you therefore I am so excited to actually be writing up about all the things I have been loving lately. I also thought seen as I'm having a bit of a fresh start I would change the formatting of my monthly faves posts. So nothing major but as you will see in this post I will have a few categories and will be sticking to these each month so I have some consistency throughout my blog and my faves posts will hopefully be a it more enjoyable to read and less random. So here we go and I hope you enjoy
checking out all things I have been loving in July.

Fave Mem of The Month

Okay so first up in our new little layout is 'Fave Mem of the Month' This is where I thought it would be hella cute to share my fave memory from the month in this case July. This month was crazy as I had both my boyfriends and one of my best gals birthdays in the same month however this meant we got to do some celebrating. Me, Josh and a bunch of our friends went out for Chinese food and drinks to celebrate his and another of our friends birthdays. We had a really amazing time and it was great seeing everyone. I also met my main girl Marisa on her birthday and we met for lunch and drinks and it was so cute and nice to have a catch up as it had been wayyy too long. Therefore these were my fave things I got up to this past month.

Pinnacle Products of The Month

Next up in the monthly faves is the product section and this could be anything from makeup, to hair to skincare just all the products I have recently been reaching for.

The first product that has had me shook in July is the Epic Ink Liner from NYX. I am a massive fan of the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper and If you have been around for a while you will know this as I have been re-purchasing this product for forever and it is my HOLY GRAIL liner. However I had a bit of a wonder around the NYX store this month and picked this up as I had heard some rumours that this little product was a bit of a dupe for the Kat Von D liner, Did I believe this no of course not but WOW. I tried this and honestly it's insane it is pretty much identical to the Kat Von D liner and its pretty much half the price it is crazy. Trust me if you haven’t already you need to try this product.

The next product I want to chat to you lovelies about is by The Body Shop. We have actually had some sun in the summer in the UK this year which is a pretty rare occurrence and due to this I have been tanning a whole lot and this moisturiser has been a literal god send. This is quite possibly my fave body moisturiser I have ever tried. I think the thing I love the most about the product is that it doesn't sit on the skin and leave you feeling sticky. You apply this and it soaks in, in honestly about 30 seconds it’s amazing especially as that is the main reason I hardly moisturised my skin before this as I’m hella lazy and hated waiting for the product to sink in to the skin. Another massive bonus of this product is my tan always applies flawlessly after using this product.

Music Faves

This is a new segment to my faves but I am always listening to music so it seemed crazy not to share this as part of these posts. I have been loving a few new things when it comes to music this month. Firstly being that I am OBBSESSED with both Fall Out Boys new album Mania and Panic! At The Disco's new album Pray For The Wicked. I have also been loving Ariana Grande's new music a lot recently.

Fashion Faves

This month has been all about playsuits and bright colors for me. It has been crazy warm in July and my absolute go to in the hot weather is a playsuit I have been loving this one from Boohoo in particular. I also have been loving anything with a bit of color this month so these two little crops are perfect examples and the mustard one is from New Look and the red is from Miss Selfridge.

Fave Insta Account of the Month

As I'm sure most people are I am constantly on instagram I love using the app and its one of my fave things to do so that inspired me to feature an account I have been obsessing over each month. This month it has hands down been @wanderersandwarriors. This account belongs too Charlie and Lauren who are just couple goals like the cutest ever and they travel the world together and document their journey through Insta and omg their feed is just the prettiest most interesting thing I have ever seen. Here's a few of their snaps and a link to their account if you want to check them out:

The Random Ones

Now I know I said I wanted to make my faves a little less random however this just wouldn't be me if I cut out the randomness completely so I thought let’s give them their own little section so they don't take over the whole post - Think of it as organised chaos.

So in my random faves for July the first thing I have been loving is an Xbox game. Which I know is hella random as I have never spoken about anything like this on my blog but I have been finding myself playing on my Xbox a whole lot recently. I love playing games with friends as it can be so much fun and it saves us some dolla as we ain't actually leaving the house and spending like crazy. The game I have been playing with my friends last month is called 'Dead By Daylight' I know sounds a bit morbid right? Well it kind of is, it is a game where you play online with friends or just random people and one of you is a serial killer and the rest are survivors who have to escape without being killed by the killer. This has been the funniest thing playing this with my friends like I’m talking jump scare central which when playing with friends its honestly hilarious.

Another random fave of mine this month has been the Gym. I know it sounds crazy as I should just always love the gym but it’s been a while since I have actually looked forward to going to the gym but this past month I have just fallen back in love with it and have been loving my workouts and I have the best gym buddies ever which is great of course.

Finally the last random fave I have had has been Walkers Squares. These are some crisps which I know ain't very healthy BUT these crisps only have 97 cals per bag which makes them super easy to fit in to my calorie intake. They are also delish.

So that's it for my July faves! I’m so happy to be back blogging and hope you enjoyed reading about my fave things this month.

Thanks for Reading!

Back To Blogging......Life Update πŸ’™

Hey Guys!

I'm back.....AGAIN! I have lost count of the times where I have done these posts after disappearing off the face of the earth as far as blogging is concerned and it’s actually embarrassing and I am so sorry for another unexpected absence. However I am back and will hopefully be sticking around for good this time.

So what's with the vanishing act? Well life got hella busy, I have been going through some personal stuff and honestly I just completely lost my mojo. I found myself stuck in a bit of a blogging rut and just lost all motivation when it came to posting on my blog. I found that whenever I would draft up a new post I was just so unhappy with the result and blogging ended up becoming such a chore which I hated as blogging has always been something I used as an escape and was super passionate about so this was so frustrating for me. Anyhow, it’s been a hot minute since I have been active on my blog and I have found myself missing blogging so much recently so I feel as it is the perfect time to get back in to the swing of posting on my blog and am even considering giving my blog a little bit of a revamp. As I want to get back in to the swing of things slowly to avoid another blogging catastrophe I will post as much as I can but won't be sticking to a strict schedule, however I am aiming to post at least once per week.

(I feel like the following gif sums up the level of failure I have been experiencing when blogging)

Anyway I'm back and Lifewithbee is about to get some fresh new content and a possible makeover but as I have been gone for quite a while I thought the best way to come back is with a little life update. Now there have been a few little changes in my life the main one being that I have finally started my driving lessons. I was soooo nervous to do this and it was something I honestly never thought I would do however I am about 10 lessons in and I love it now and am way too excited to get a car and be able to drive myself around. The next thing is that I’m still in the same job as I made the decision that it just wasn’t the best time for me to make a career decision. This was for a few reasons but mainly because I am able to manage my finances as I have the stability of a consistent monthly wage which is currently funding my driving lessons. I do however still hope to pursue a career in digital marketing in the future but I just am prioritising getting my driving license for now as this will open so many more doors when it comes to advancing in my career and looking for new opportunities.

I have also been back on the fitness bandwagon and am watching what I eat and hitting the gym again in the hope that I can be in reasonable shape for my 21st birthday in November. I have so many exciting things coming up such as I have a festival at the end of the moths which I will deffo be posting about, My friends 21st is also coming up as well as my own and of course we have Autumn and as you may know that is my fave time of year and I love posting as I always find the Autumn / Winter to be when I am most inspired to post on my blog.

I feel like now you guys are all caught up with what’s been happening with me now I'll share some snaps of what I have been up to in the Summer so far seen as I haven't been posting.
