Easter / Spring Lush Haul 🐣

Hey Guys!

I had a wander in to Lush whilst I was out shopping last week and picked up some goodies so I decided to do a little lush haul for today's post to show you lovelies what I got. They had all the Easter stuff in which just makes me so excited for Spring even though we can't seem to shake the snow here in the UK at the moment. So naturally a lot of what I picked up was part of the Easter collection but I did pick up some other bits as well.

The first thing I got in lush was this whopper (Like wow look at the size of it). It is the Free Rangers bath bomb. I got the orange one but I believe this comes in both blue and purple also. The scent is really lovely it smells like blackcurrant sweets. You have the option to split this guy in to two baths but I think being a little extra when it comes to my baths I'll probably use the whole thing. The cost of this one was £6.95.

The next thing I picked up during my venture into Lush was the Razzle Dazzle Bath Oil. This has such a sweet scent which honestly is what sucked my in as I am a massive sucker for a sweet scent. It's nice and pink and is one of the bath oils so is meant to be hella good for ya skin. It cost me £2.50.

This next item is the Ployamorous Bath Oil and this one has an amazing violet scent which again I love. It's the cutest little heart shape and once again is meant to do great things for the skin. I love pairing the bath oils with bath bombs or bubble bars as they just make the most heavenly bath cocktails. This little guy comes in at £2.50.

I also grabbed myself a Jelly Bomb which I had never tried before and I am super intrigued to see what its like as I think it is such an interesting concept. I got The Big Sleep Jelly Bomb and it has a lavender scent which is so relaxing. It cost me £4.95.

The next goodie I grabbed from Lush is the Cream Egg Bubble Bar. This has a fresh minty smell which again I enjoy. This also comes in different colours and it costs £3.75.

Finally the last item I picked up during my little Lush spree was the Golden Egg Bath Bomb Melt. This is hands down the most extra bath creation in the whole of the Lush Easter range in my opinion it is literally covered with gold glitter. I love it and will most definitely be using this before a night out to get that little sparkle on my skin. It smells like a mixture of orange and honey which is again such a lovely scent. This little guy costs £4.95.

So that's everything I picked up from Lush, I love everything and I can't wait to get some amazing baths with all my new bits. I also just wanted to say that the staff in my local Lush are just so lovely which is so nice and I love popping in for some goodies as they are always so helpful. My local Lush store is the White Rose store in Leeds.

St Patricks Day Makeup Look 2018 🍀

Hey Guys!

So it's St Patricks Day is on Saturday and I took this as the perfect excuse to have a play with creating a themed makeup look. As you can see I'm pretty terrible at doing my makeup but it is something I really enjoy so I thought I would share this look with you guys anyway in hope that it may inspire you to create some of your own St Patrick inspired looks. I am hoping to keep practising and hopefully improve my makeup skills this year but until then I apologise for the lack of skill in this department and also for the shabby-ish makeup looks done by someone who struggles to actually put an eyelash on without gluing her eye together just to have it just pop off two mins later. A pretty big chunk of my family are Irish so we all celebrate this day together, I would love to know if you guys are celebrating and if so what you have planned for the day.

Here's some more snaps of my face:

(Please excuse the state of my Kat Von D Palette It is very well loved)
That's all for today's post I hope this may have inspired some of you have a play around and create some St Patricks day looks and if you do have a go I would love to see them!

Monthly Faves - February 2018 💜

Hey Guys!

It's March! Where is 2018 going I swear it feels like we have just come out of Jan never mind going in to March. So I hope you all had an amazing Feb, Mine was full of pancakes, fun times, valentines, work deadlines and a crap ton of snow. I had a lovely month and I can't wait for all the exciting things I have coming up in March. However, it is that time again where I chat to you lovelies about all the things I've been loving over the past month.
So first up, there's a couple of makeup items I have been living for this past month and the first of the two is the Benefit Bad Gal Bang Mascara! I have rambled on and on about this product in my recent post about it so I wont say too much but wow this mascara is a game changer and I had to include it in my faves this month! Next up is the new concealer by Makeup Revolution once again I spoke about my love for this product in a recent post but I love it sooo much and it's been an absolute saviour when it comes to covering my bags and breakouts this month.

The next thing I have been loving is these snack bars from a brand called Goodnessknows and they are so good. I have been taking these to work with me to snack on throughout the day and they have been the perfect little snack. I have really been loving the blueberry and almond ones.

Another thing I have been loving this month is the Superdrug Natural Radiant Glycolic Toner. I also mentioned this little guy in a recent post but I have been using this and loving it to death. I have noticed such a difference in my skin since using this product and it is soo affordable.

Next up in my monthly faves is a little but random but there are a couple of fashion items. The first fashion item I have been living in is my current fave winter coat. It is a black waterproof coat with a faux fur hood and its pretty chunky. It's from H&M and I love it I will drop the link just below. I have pretty much not left the house without this coat seen as we have had a very snowy February. The next fashion items I have been loving are these belts from Primark. I honestly love putting a belt with my outfits as I feel like it gives an outfit that little edge. The primark ones are amazing and are soo affordable I have been loving these two in particular and they were both around £4 I believe.

Finally the last thing I have been loving this month is White Monster energy drinks. I have always loved these but recently work has been busy so these have been getting me through my shifts.

So that's everything I have been loving this past month, I hope you enjoyed seeing what's in my Feb faves. I'm sorry this post is a little late but I really wanted to get this post up as I'm hoping to actually stick to doing a monthly faves post every month of the year.

Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer Review 🌟

Hey Guys!

For today's post I'm going to chat to you lovelies about the new concealer from Makeup Revolution. I'm sure you will have heard about this little guy as the hype has literally been here there and everywhere. It was also an absolute mission trying to get my hands on one in my shade as they are sold out pretty much everywhere, but after several trips to Superdrug I managed to find one.

First of all I just want to say how much I love Makeup Revolution as a brand as all of the products I have tried from them so far have been amazing. Their products are also so affordable which is so refreshing to find good quality products at such a reasonable price. They are also a cruelty free brand which means they don't test on animals (which I mean can I get a amen!)

So the new concealer is the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer and I love it! It is super full coverage which is great for covering up any imperfections on the face. I also find it covers dark circles pretty well under my eyes. It is a very thick consistency which can sometimes go a little cakey on myself but I think this is due to my skin being quite dry at the moment. The concealer comes in soooo many different shades which is also really great because it will mean there will be a shade for every skin tone which is something that is quite hard to find with drugstore products. I believe there's about 18 shades all together which is just insane for such an affordable product. Which then brings me to the price this concealer is £4 all I can say is wow! The quality of this concealer is amazing especially considering the price.

Overall I really love this product and would totally recommend you check it out if it is something you have been considering. It has made it's way in with my staple beauty products and is honestly one of my new favourite concealers.
